Spicy Smoked Chicken Wings
These wings are delicious and this recipe is the most consistent wing recipe I've ever made. On bite and you'll be making this a weekend staple!

Prepare the marinade and whisk together in a bowl.
Place chicken wings into a gallon ziplock bag or large bowl.
Pour marinade over wings and marinade overnight, occasionally flip the bag or stir wings if you're using a bowl to evenly coat wings.
Prepare your grill or smoker for indirect heat and add chunks hickory or your preferred smoke wood.
Once grill reaches 250°F add chicken wings keeping the smoother skin side up and sprinkle with Other Stuff rub.
Grill for 45 minutes to a hour keeping the temperature between 250°F and 275°F, time is largely dependent on the size of your wings.
Flip wings and sprinkle with Other Stuff rub. Finish for another 45 minutes to an hour until wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from grill, sprinkle additional rub if desired and serve!
