Spicy Smoked Chicken Wings

These wings are delicious and this recipe is the most consistent wing recipe I've ever made. On bite and you'll be making this a weekend staple!

  • Prepare the marinade and whisk together in a bowl.
  • Place chicken wings into a gallon ziplock bag or large bowl.
  • Pour marinade over wings and marinade overnight, occasionally flip the bag or stir wings if you're using a bowl to evenly coat wings.
  • Prepare your grill or smoker for indirect heat and add chunks hickory or your preferred smoke wood.
  • Once grill reaches 250°F add chicken wings keeping the smoother skin side up and sprinkle with Other Stuff rub.
  • Grill for 45 minutes to a hour keeping the temperature between 250°F and 275°F, time is largely dependent on the size of your wings.
  • Flip wings and sprinkle with Other Stuff rub. Finish for another 45 minutes to an hour until wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from grill, sprinkle additional rub if desired and serve!
